inTune Interface — live supported calls
A supporter and their customer meet in a private video call. The conversation is transcribed live, and an AI assistant quietly suggests to the supporter what to say or ask next. The customer never sees the AI.
Participants log in with the username and PIN they received from the pilot team. If the service is offline, calls are not available at the moment.
